Short Code - Alert

Hi

I am trying to build something around US short codes using Alerts. I entered all the required information needed to setup alerts but it seems the approval process requires around 5 days, can this be expedited?

Or you can suggest another alternative, Basically I am trying to get information on who is texting/making calls to a particular phone number.
